Dynamic Dosha is a wellness app operated by Banyan and Brick LLP. This policy explains what information we collect through the app, why, and what choices you have.
We collect only what the app needs to personalize your dosha-based wellness guidance during your stay:
Solely to run the app for you: to compute your dosha baseline and daily state, and to personalize the meal guidance, pantry suggestions and wellness tips you see. We do not use this information for advertising or share it with any other guest, property, or third party for their own purposes.
Your account and check-in data are stored in our database provider (Supabase). Sign-in emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). The app itself is hosted by Netlify. These providers act only on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return as a guest. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
Nothing collected or shown in the app is reviewed by a licensed medical or Ayurvedic professional. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Please see a qualified professional for any health concern, and do not rely on this app in an emergency.

By creating an account and using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. Each category of data above is collected only for the specific purpose stated next to it.
We use industry-standard measures (including encrypted connections and access controls with our providers) to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected guests and applicable authorities as required by law.
The app is intended for adult guests. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
This policy is currently governed by the applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. As we welcome guests from other regions, an addendum covering additional rights (such as under the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws) will be published here when applicable.

Dynamic Dosha provides general Ayurvedic wellness guidance — a baseline constitution estimate, daily check-ins, and personalized meal and lifestyle suggestions — for general wellness and lifestyle purposes only.
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not administered, reviewed, or endorsed by a licensed medical or Ayurvedic practitioner. It offers no proposed clinical benefit. Always consult a qualified professional for any health concern, and do not delay seeking medical care because of anything in this app. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banyan and Brick LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for any decision made in reliance on its suggestions.
The app, its content, and its design are owned by or licensed to Banyan and Brick LLP. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from the app without our written permission.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, or your access to it, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.
